Has anyone been reading the Nelson/Jett engine threads in the Pylon Racing Forum?

yes i have.  i now realize how valuable my nelson liner and pistons are for my hanno's and ys'. [X(]

no, it was a 1 time large special order placed by many many members here on the classic pattern forum.

i understand that, he makes some other engines, that arent pylon types and he makes P&L for shadel for other engines that are more current

Henry is a pretty good guy to talk to on the phone. Unbelievably well versed in 2-stroke engine building and performance! I can't promise that Henry would do a small number of parts (1-5 piston/sleeve assemblies for example), but that is how the last order got started. I really HATE to start this again, but how many are interested in more pistons/sleeves?[X(]

I have an old Sport Jett 40 that I used in Pylon years ago. I was wondering if it would be worth while to try it in a SPA/ BPA type airplane and do justice; although idl may be smewhat problematical. Any suggetsions?????
