Energyman - I am probably 1500 miles from that bird, if it is in Wisconsin. Was it supposed to have been shipped already, or are you in touch with the seller ? When it was listed, I asked the guy about shipping, and he said no problem. I think he said the stab was not secured, making it easy to ship, don't remember, I talk to lot of guy's that have old pattern planes for sale.
Here is the ad, he is showing 100% feedback, and if paid by PayPal, all guaranteed. Probably got caught in the holiday rush.

Thanks to all responses. I won the bid on Nov 17, but some paypal issues and packaging have held up shipment. Seems like paypal randomly holds payments 21 days and this item got caught up in that and the packaging is apparently difficult. Seventies, it is the plane with the stab not yet attached. Fixed gear. I was hoping for retracts, and fly contests with the gear down, but I can either do major surgery or build another plane. I will post when I receive it and provide information to those that mighthave beeninterested and bid on the item. Hope I get both boxes. Bummer that you did not on theXLT.
I have serveral options for power, HB 61 PDP with the black head (Blitz?), Webra Speed 61, or the new Rossi 60. Tough decision!
Also, I was wondering if SPA holds contests inTexas. Does any one know? I was active in pattern in the Southwest, mainly Texas, in the 1980's andretiredfrom pattern flyingin 1989. My airplane of choice then was the MK Joker.
