Augusta - the pattern ship, not the city
The Augusta (MKI, MKII,...?) was kitted in the late '80s by Darrell Kampschror (who lived in ... Augusta, Georgia - of course). Does anybody know anything about this airplane? Photos? I understand the kits were customized to your equipment. He also sold just plans - anyone have a good set of plans?

I flew a bunch of his airplanes, He built all of them for me or I bought them when he was done with them. He was the only guy I know that could think about a new design on Sunday then build and fly it by the next weekend.
He was a retired Army Lt Col and passed away several years ago. He was my major mentor during the 80's, I miss him dearly.
