not a Rossi - a Picco, a spinoff from OPS (the P stands for Picco). Similar beasts but I believe they were focused even more on raw power.
I never owned either a Picco or an OPS but much like in the Italian Alfa Romeo, Ferrari and Lamborghini tradition, the three different companies competed in the production of the most exotic engine.
Shame it has a Perry carb on it, the original slide carbs were very cool.
