Here's a picture of the red Sun Ray I bought at an RC swap meet. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw it. This one has a Super Tigre .90.

Nice -- be in Austin this week end -- practice at the Decker field Friday after 3 or 4 pm -- Pattern contest sat/sun -- maybe we can meet -- Wife will be visiting family - me flying -- like the red .... Jim

Sun Ray Bipe lovers, I have good news. You can obtain a nice copy of the plan without having to deal with the RCM plan service.
Dennis "Hemikiller" Keegan just printed me a copy from the Outerzone web site and it is excellent. The problem has been it is a 42" plan and few places can handle that paper width - he can. Dennis can be reached at [email protected]. My copy, shipped rolled in a tube, was $14. After such a long search, I feel that is a bargain. Enjoy. |

Big sunray
UP - DATE !!!!! All is good with my SUNRAY build. Just some last minute sanding and filling. Paint and covering to start soon Futaba radio- YS 160 - Hyde LR 80 mount - PPG paint W / Monokote wings. Colors have been chosen . Pics and update to follow after maiden flight .. Jim T .... PS 68 1/2 inch top wing !!!!
