Gentleman,
I am going to assemble the ARF SKyraider11 kit. I am new to this hobby and this plane; so I'm grateful for any help.
I understand that certain modifcations are reccommended; I will install a TT Pro 40 on the plane. Perhaps someone could direct me to a certain forum or location if some of this info is available. Thanks in advance.

If you are building the new "pinched nose" raider, the mods have already been done at the factory. Just watch the placement of the motor on the mount. Make sure the thrust washer is in the correct position.

When you say thrust washer in the right place...would that be according to Thunder Tigers instructions for mounting, or something unique to the SRM11?

When you get to the point of mounting the engine on the new SRM2, make sure the prop has minimal clearance from the aluminum plate on the front of the nose. If the engine is placed too far forward, the throttle arm will hit the plate and limit throttle movement.
