Hey guys theres a cool upcoming movie going to be called "Unbroken" it is the story of olympian turned bombadier Louis Zampinini. it is rumored Angelina Jolie will be directing.
it starts filming in austrailia at end of oct early nov. My company and associates are designing and building a full scale B-24 for the film and some other planes. mainl;y its the interior and fuse they will cgi the wing and tail.
the short of the story is they have to go on search and rescue in the plane that can barely fly, one of the engines goes out and the engineer accidentally shuts down the other engine on the same wing and the plane crashes in the pacific. 3 ppl get out the rear gunner zampinini and one of the pilots. 30 days at sea the gunner dies and after 47 days they get picked up by japanese and tortured to the end of the war. since louis is like a star due to the olypics the jap in charge of him is jelous and so he gets tortured twice as bad as everyone else. he survives the wars and 2 months ago they even interviewed him.
this is a cool project to be on we did small stuff for transformers and provided some of the planes for the flying sequences in fly boys but now we get to do a big one.
so watch for this movie when it comes out gonna be a good story of a true hero of WWII
