It is always easy to slate bad service so I would like to promote Bridi airplanes as a happy customer. I ordered a plan from them for a discontinued kit(rearwin speedster), the plan was to be delivered to me when I was on holiday in Florida. The plan never arrived but the Latta's kept in touch even responding to e-mails on a Sunday night, I eventually got another plan sent to me in Scotland and the cost of the postage was as much as the cost of the plan and postage that they billed me for. So I would recommend them to all you guys looking for kits to build. Jim
