Default A Van Suitable for the RC Field!

I spent a few years thinking about the best vehicle (outside a trailer) for my stuff. I don't have room for a trailer and was using an extended Escalade for my helis. But the inside was difficult to get around and the middle row seats didn't come out. The last row seats do come out but they are HEAVY! So, when I saw the Town & Country, I bit! I designed a wrap and a local company did a phenomenal job! Check it out! I may never go to work now...

Love the graphics.

A bud bought a Dodge Sprinter cheap from his business pal. Over 400K, but about 90 on the diesel engine and tranny. Built to last, and can carry 4 30% birds easy.

Is that an MH60? A couple years ago some military black hawk pilots were looking for a rc MH-60 to fly at a wedding reception for one of their pilots getting married. Once I found out what it was, I wanted to learn to fly heli's and build one. It only took about 3 years for me to learn to hover for about 2 minutes. This may not be one of those projects I get to do.

It's a CH-53 with a two-stage turbine. About 8 feet long and 50lbs.

Yeah, it takes lots of stick time to get comfortable with these birds. Love the smell and sound!!

Thats awesome.. congratulations on that. I probably wouldn't park that thing anywhere unless its in my sight.. haha.. I thought about putting a small graphic on my spare-tire cover.. but just don't want the attention... In your case though.. thats absolutely perfect and modern... I'll have to check out your site and stuff... for sure. Thanks for sharing.

I can attest to the conveniences of a van myself... my trusty '95 GMC coversion has been my tote-vehicle for well over 10yrs now.. and I can fit 3 giants in it easy.. and some camping gear.. very handy vehicles for RC.

I figure that's why I pay for insurance. I never feel bad collecting on my over-prided policy!

Been using Chrysler mini-vans for aircraft haulers for the last 12 or so years. Lots of room, comfortable on the road and good milage.

I never feel bad about collecting either... its the part that happens before you get to collect(you know.. the reason you're collecting....).. that bothers me... the collecting is the least of the problem.. just as the money is no sweat... at least for me...

Thats a sharp looking ride you have there though.. no doubt. Enjoy.

Too bad you could not find an 89 Dodge Turbo Caravan. Those things can turn a 12 second quater mile just by cranking up the boost between 12 and 14 pounds. There is something magical about smoking a BMW in a seven passenger loser cruiser that transcends money.
