Horizon losing money today
Wow! After an hour of trying to give my money to Horizon I finally gave up. Their site was pretty much useless for me.
You'd think they'd be ready for this weekend but, apparently not.
Anyone else frustrated?

In my opinion they should have waited utill early 2015 to upgrade their site. Many items missing specs, search is not working very well,......just a lot of bugs and issues to be ironed out. Any way you look at it this is a huge task to undertake and I'm sure they are doing the best they can. I don't know why they needed a change as the old site seemed fine to me.

Seems to me they shot themselves in the foot right before the holiday's. The chat feature was downright painful but everything seemed ok yesterday morning.
