I made one purchase from HK, product was defective, they wanted me to send it back at my cost, then pay $9.95 shipping to have the item replaced. They can pound sand. Never again! They should take a lesson on customer service from Tower (hope they don't disappear) and Horizon.

I have 2 orders of small parts and a battery that have been on order over 2 weeks. I asked the online chat person about my order and it was cookie cutter responses about how the warehouse is backed up with a mass of orders. Hopefully I will get my stuff eventually. So far it just shows as processing. I have been out of the hobby for 11-12 years and need to replace some of my old gear to get up and running again
