Default Saito 150s or Ys 110 for Sig Four-Star 120

4 cycle for Sig Four Star 120. Hi everyone, I'm building a Four Star 120 from a kit (thanks to Sig for still manufacturing kits). I have two choices between engines to use. I own a new YS 110 and a new Saito 150s high powered, high cam. Both are "old", meaning I bought them many years ago. Both have never been run, but I stored them in a warm dry room. I have lubricated them many times with air tool oil or after run. They are in mint condition as far as I know. May I have some opinions on which engine to install.
