One of your Moderators "Grnbrt" stated in a thread that those engine mfg's support forums should only be between the thread starter and Ms Cross or whoever. This being the case and since i was deleted out of it, Maybe you should fix the forum so that none of us can reply and threads only remain between the two of them.
Therefore if they do not like the answers they get, they can put it on the general engines forum.- Just a thought here.

Actually this was done in the futaba forum much earlier and I was "beta" testing the feature and rolled it out earlier today in the exact fashion you describe. This will likely be the support format across all direct support forums as "direct support" means answer from the manufacturers or their authorized support reps. For "other" answers from users or reps if they choose to chime in the regular engine or radio discussion forums still are there as always. The direct support forums are an added feature for those looking for answers from the direct reps responsible for the product support.
