I have done business with Die-Hard Graphics for years. They do absolutely the best job on cutting vinyl. Bart has always gotten back with me on any questions and provided excellent service and delivery. There must be something going on that is prohibiting him from corrosponding with you. Give him another ring, I'm sure he'll come through for ya.

I always order from him (Die-Hard Graphics) and have my Graphics within 10 days. Good job on cutting vinyl, and very nice to deal with.

I can understand your frustration but when I first read the initial post I thought now there is someone I don't want to do business with. Now the last post makes me ashamed of myself. Maybe he could have done a better job of communication but it is so easy to destroy someone's reputation by posting a comment like your first post. ......

The scheme I'm shooting for is something he's never done before and materials need to be gathered in order for him to complete but as I stated an email once in awhile. No monies have been transferred yet.

Well after more thought and after reading others replies, I feel as though I may have made a mistake in posting this thread, more thought should have gone into this thread before posting as I may have undermine or hurt one others business in doing so I would like to apologize to those who have read this thread and most importantly to the person that this thread was directed at.
