Judging by his spelling, grammar, and very limited description of the plane, he's not too much (if at all) into R/C. Since this plane is already built, there's no way to really tell what brand it is. I've been in R/C for 25 years and never heard of a Goldberg Fokker Dr.1. I frankly severely doubt this is one. Possibly a Flair kit, and I believe VK made a 1/4 "sport scale" tripe. There are a couple others, but not Goldberg. It could even be scratch-built.

Yea, he probably saw "CG" on one of the control horns and asumed it was a trade mark for the kit.

He says it's 1/4 scale. Ziroli is something like 1/5. A G-38 would pull the wings off.

Actually the Ziroli is just slightly smaller than 1/4 scale, and fly perfect with a G-38. i don't think this is a Ziroli though. It is very similar, but the the way the cabanes mount to the underside of the top wing is different than Ziroli's. Unless someone changed it to be more scale.
Here is my Ziroli with a G-38.
