Thats Len Sabato and he's been in the biz for a long time and formerly head of Team JR.
On the bad side I asked them a pretty simple question via email and they never responded so he probably wont get any of my money.

I have made three or four purchases through a friend who did all the ordering with them and service was excellent and prompt. Something that tower is not since they built the Nevada facility. Delivery time from them averages roughly twice the time before that facility.
Phone service was excellent also we never bothered with E mail.

I have placed several orders from them. It is great to have a "one stop" shop. They did make an error on one order for a product that was on their site and listed as "IN Stock" but had been discontinued by the manufacturer (Horizon spray paint in Ultracote colors) and shipped me a roll of the same color in a roll of Ultracote). They credited my account for the paint and let me keep the Ultracote.
So my experience has been very good.
