Congrats! Straight and level can be a challenge at times! Every female I've trained has had a gentle touch on the controls and learned to fly faster than most men (teenagers not included - they cheat[&:])! Keep her at it.....

OUTSTANDING!

Given that the only thing I got to look at at my fields are hairy legs and flat chests, I'd LOVE to see more women involved in R/C!!!

Minn, since you are talking about southern women you should black out one of the teeth on your smiley face.

You ain't seen hairy women until you've visted a mountain town in the central Rockies.
[:'(]

More hairy armpits and legs than any man should ever see. They take a shower once a week--weather they need it or not.

I can't stand "granola" women. If I wanted to look at hairy legs--I'd pull up my jeans.

TAKE A SHOWER!! Soap doesn't burn!! Jerry is dead!! It's not fashionable to be a dirty hippy anymore. It's just gross. [:'(]

Congrats on getting the missus to fly! Mine just put the finishing touches on her first plane kit, a Steven Aero Squirt. I showed it off at the club meeting last night, most of the guys were amazed. Frankly, for a first effort, she did fantastic. No wrinkles in the covering, good glue joints, etc. Did I mention she was pregnant nearly the whole time she was building it? We spent a few hours a time on it here and there since around September, me answering her questions and demonstrating how to do things, and her doing all the work. Baby's due in June, so I'm hoping to find the time to get her on the buddy box with the Squirt soon--she seems to have the hang of the sim pretty well.

I got my wife an Easy Star a while back. She's really getting in to it now, and wants to go to the field more often, which means more trips to the field each week. Darn .

I think it's really cool that she likes flying.

It's one thing to get them to come to the field and another to get them to try it and yet another thing getting them to help out. This one even works at the LHS.
