BANNER ADS ON RCU
I need to desperatly speek with someone higher up in the RCU chain, out local flying club has a couple of big events coming up and were and have paid to rcu for banner spots for the two meets. Since the first of may be have yet to be able to talk with anyone at RCU to tell us what size banners we need to provide, etc. We have called Erick Royer several times and left messages but no call back. This is getting old, as one event is now only 18 days away. Maybe a public out cry will give us the attention needed.

Hi. I completely apologize for erick not getting back to you sooner. I do not know what happened here or have any explanation. I have just put a call into him and I will ensure you get a call back and taken care of. For the trouble I will also make sure erick either gives you a special discount on this and/or additional ad space. I feel bad that you were not taken care of as customer service and response is a pet peeve of mine. Everyone deserves to be the #1 customer.
