RCU\AOL Issue Blocked Email From RCU
Guys,
I apologize if this has already been posted, if it has, can someone supply the link for this topic?
AOL appears to be blocking all or most emails coming from RCU. This started about a week ago. I was contacted by RCU informing me of this... Anyone have the nuts on this?
Thanks, Greg

Thanks,
I "tried" to email the postmaster like RCU suggested, and it was rejected, came back as a mailer daemon error I think they were inundated with emails. I seem to be getting "some" emails on threads, not all ............. Greg

RE: RCU\AOL Issue Blocked Email From RCU
I emailed the AOL Postmaster and asked them just what gave them the right to decide that I should not recieve RCU addressed emails but I can recieve 20 plus emails a day from Viagra distrubutors. I did not recieve any reply, but that was to be expected. AOL has for years been putting some of my RCU emails in the spam folder and I have had to review the folder so as not to delelte anything important. In the last few months the spam folder has been close to empty and the Viagra emails have been coming right on into my mailbox. Maybe AOL is suffering a little since they went to free service. Not sure... Good Luck, Dave

AOL is now a free service for email much like MSN. I paid for AOL for years and when they went free, I signed up for my DSL with Quest and I still use AOL for my email as I did not want to notify everyone about an address change. If they continue to play games with RCU, I suppose that I will be forced to switch my address to MSN that comes free with Quest. Good Luck, Dave
