Evil Merlin, you are right. I stand corrected. Look slightly similar but they are different. Landing gear on the X-47 B looks quite a bit beefier (probably for carrier duties) as well as a few other differences. Still....don't think I'd like to be on the receiving end of ANY of them..[:@]

As an old, and I do mean "old" Marine, Korean War vintage, reading all the foregoing on the Stealth stuff started me to wondering if there is any thoughts on possibility of adapting these planes for use in Close Air Ground Support? Now that would be something. As far as Ground Pounders go though, there will still be a need for those guys. Semper Fi ! Grampaw
