If you think those "reviews" at the end of an ARF instruction manual go unnoticed, think again.....at least not with Global......
After completing my Magic Extra, I was a bit upset about some assembly issues I had with it.....all of which were experienced by other people on this site. I told them that I was upset that the issues had not been addressed.
I sent the review out last Saturday.........this past Saturday, exactly one week later, I recieved a letter from Global. They explained that all of the issues that I addressed had been corrected. I must have bought one of the 1st production run models.
Anyway, my point is, I was VERY impressed by Global on their promtness in sending a reply....and also I was extrememly happy that me taking the 10 minutes to complete the review was not a waste of time.....I guess some manufacturers really do take those into consideration.
