I have a project.

Nothing to complicated, but I need someone who does resin molds. Someone who has experience and all the stuff/products.

I can make the model needed to make the plug. I'm looking for something solid, like the way fake engines are made, with resin.

Who do I call?

However, I have no interest in buying supplies to make my own items. I'm looking for someone to make them. Someone set up to do this.

I'll take a look at it, but if you are looking for fake cylinders with cooling fins, that would involve a flexible silicone mold, and I have no experience with that and would have to pass. I have done Wheel pants, cowls and other small parts like that.

Hi My name is Scott Martin Owner of PRIDEDesign Technologies. I am new to the group. I wanted to respond to Avaiojet about mold makers and resin casters. My company can help youwith either of the services. I have done resin casting for over 10 years and have all the proper equipment needed. Rotocasting machine, 60 gallon pressure vessel and 6 gallon vacuum chamber. The castings can be made in a variety of hard resins and foams with a wide range of colors and effects. Here's what I need.

I need to take this William's wheel and remove the hubs by 'lathe cut' the centers and insert a casting that resembles the red wheel.

I won't be desturbing the area close to the rubber.
