Default Glassing a F35 70mm EDF

I have an old battered foamie f35 70mm edf that i just want to retire. But when i was about to giveup, i find it cool if i make a fiberglass composite from it. Is it doable? Would it be lighter? How do i mold it from the kit?

I don't want to put fiberglass on top of this foamie jet because it's arlready a bit heavy as it is. Ijust want to make a fiberglass kit from it.

Here's the pic!
