Any suggestions as to what density byro foam is?

Why do you need density specs.?
can be glassed or SHEETED.
Or plastic shrinkage covering.
1/64 plywood good also

Was considering attempting to duplicate byro foam with a 2 part chemical foam in a epoxy mold.
