Default PVA micro bubbles

Hi all, when I brush on my PVA I get small air bubbles in it, is this normal and will it affect my mold? Should I airbrush it on? Thanks.

Wait a second... now that it is dry they are gone Can you use more then one coat or is this not needed?

I use one and the stuff practicly falls out.
