Default A COMPOSITE QUESTION UNRELATED TO AIRPLANES!!

Hey guys I have a question for you.
I have a soft foam ball (a nerf football) that I need to cover to get a hard surface. I've tried fiberglass cloth but it's still easy to dent. Is there some kind of a carbon fiber/mat
that I could use to get the desired "hard shell" surface? It would then be sanded and painted.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks
Tom

By the way, I forgot to mention that I would be using the West System 105/205
resin combo for the application.
Thanks

Use more layers of glass.

What weight fabric are you using?

I'm curious why you need to make a foam nerfball hard? Are you trying to give your friends a concussion

Anyways, David was right. Put maybe 3 layers of moderate weight fglass on there, and let it cure for double what is expected, then see how it is.
