Now I had finished building fuselage from balsa.But I need tomake a mold.What should I do next for preparing the plug.

Also, take a look at the top of the "Composites" page, where the "sticky" post says "Do you have composite information you'd like to share?" There, you'll find links to many of the popular composite suppliers, and most of them also have some kind of tutorial posted on how to do plugs and molds.

Finally, use the "Search" function here on RCU, using words like "mold", "plug", etc., and you'll find a huge number of previous discussions on the subject, including many photos and alternate methods.
