Default Wing dings on Com ARF

I hit two posts with the wings on my 40% CA 260. The dings are sub 1" or so deep and 2-3" wide. How does one go about fixing this, other than spend $1900 for two new wing panels? Thanks

$1900!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'd mold the entire wing.

I will assume you are familiar with mold releases

But Really, if you have no structural damage, tape off a good section of the leading edge near the damage, wax the $%#^ out of it, PVA, then lay a few layer of glass over the leading edge. Let cure, remove, trim, slip inside damaged LE. epoxy to inside. Fill with light weight fill (epoxy and cabosil, use a mask(silicosis)). Prime , paint.

You would need a finger hold or " dowel" glued to the repair part to hold the patch in place, it will be remave after cured.

Hope this sets you on your way thinking of a solution.

Cut out the damaced section and fit a block of blue foam into it. block sand to shape and cover with 3/4oz glass. sand and paint as required.
