From: Gaston, OR,
OK I have decided to try my hand at composits and I laminated a balsa sheet last night and when I took it out of the vice (I read alot of presure is better) it imediatly delaminated, the balsa was really limp and did not have a smooth shiny surface to it.
what happened?
to much presure?
thanks

Darin,
To much pressure, epoxy only needs a few pounds. Also, sounds like you had a "dry joint" to much epoxy is O.K., the extra will squeeze out.
