It's an Argander Special from Aeromodeller plans (You can download from here http://groups.yahoo.com/group/clraci...Plans_Archive/).
27inch span for Goodyear Racing.

Engine to be fitted is CS Oliver Tiger replica.

It's to be used in our local Diesel Goodyear comp. Which uses normal Goodyear rules, but stipulates diesel engines, and speed limited to 27seconds per 10 laps.
This produces close racing & lots of fun.
