I'm in a posting mood. No scale provided on the plan so I would scale it from the wheel diameter.
edit: Dang, I posted the plan full sized and it was shrunk when uploaded! Still useful though.

Not a problem,
articles like this have all but disappeared from the magazines and they've become forgotten. What a shame when you think about it.
