New to control line, building a goldberg VooDoo so I am looking for a 35. Should I go with the fox which are easy to get or a OS 35S or something from super tiger. WHICH ENGINE WOULD YOU USE??

First of all, a voodoo will be a little tough for a 1st control line plane.
Modern 25's will fly that airplane quite well. In fact, I use 25's in airplanes larger than a voodoo for speed limit combat (80mph or less). The voodoo isn't comperive for competition anymore but great for ripping around as a sport plane.
While I have s soft spot for Fox engines, I would use a modern 25, or what I had already.
OS 25, If on a bladder a Os 10 remote NVA.

This is not my first C/L plane I have been flying a Sig Shoestring converted to electric flight, A Baby Clown with a TD 051, and a pathfinder with a norvel 061. I do not plan on flying comp just sport. I do have a OS 25FX that I could lock the throttle open on????? What are your thoughts on that????

You should have no trouble wiht a voodoo, as long as it is balanced correctly and you are ready for 80+ mph.
The FX will work great. If you are on a hard tank, you can just lock the carb.
There is a conversion to one used in combat with bladders.

I am still using a few FP 25's and their clones. When I wear them out I will be looking for FX's.
If you want a period motor the Tiger will be great, but modern engines are much better in almost every way.

If you do not buy the Super Tiger you mentioned then there is no reason at all to not use the 25 FX Its a wonderful engine and I use a lot of them for RC but do use an old throttled 40FP on my magician with a tetra bubbless tank and its wonderfull.
