Sealing decals

I would like to get your thoughts on how to seal the edges of decals made from multiple layers of $cote applied on Brodak dope painted sheet balsa. Thanks.

plasti-kote polyurethane varnish: #591 clear gloss varnish. This works also very well on firewalls.

I also used a waterbased polyurethane floor varnish to seal the decals wich are laser-printed on the back side of an overhead projector sheet. This varnish is not 100% diesel proof but very resistant to glow fuel.

Also Top Flite's Luster-Kote. As Fuel proof as the Monokote!

Plasti-kote is all over the world. I worked for Carquest for 2 years and we carried Plasti-kote most of it. Good stuff. One reason is because it has more solids per can than most other aerosols. The solids of course are what is left after the thinner dries out. This means more coverage per can.

Well Robert..Thanks for the link.... But.... I checked my Zip codes on the Plasti-Kote site and looks like where I live we can't be trusted with basic polyurethane spray. I will ask the hardware store though.
