I am rebuilding firewall on a 54" Seagull Ultimate Bi-Plane with a 26CC gas engine. Should the Firewall have any right thrust built into it?

I don't know the seagull kit, but yes it should have right thrust. If not you should shim the engine to add a couple degrees of thrust.
