i agree the guy in the bipe was no match to mike. but it could have been because that wasnt his regular plane that was his buddys.and yes that corsair was a beauty. thats the first one id ever seen in real life. Im glad i made this post ive got alot of great sites from this witch i would have never known about

hmmm. you prolly did see me, lol. i waited until the end when the group of people around him died down. I had a little blond boy in my arms. I also went up to him and asked if he needed anymore A&P mechanics to travel with him. I woulda loved to work on his plane! So how far away in NH are you? i live right next to plaistow NH.

Just thought I would post the specs guys. I got them off each website for Kirky and Michael. Kirby's Edge has a much better power to weight ratio than the CAP 232. The Edge is also lighter, has more power, and the same roll rate. Which is why he can do such good harriers. The CAP looks so interesting in the air because I believe it has a slightly smaller airframe so it appears to be quicker but is not. The Edge, personally I think is much more graceful, and will pretty much smoke anything out there now, even the Sukhoi's and Extras. Gotta leave it to us Yanks to come with bigger, better, badder, more power etc etc.

Thanks for the links. The last one with the in cockpit view of Peter, as he flies through the rock, is fantastic.[X(] I don't know how he can fly inverted. His hangy-down things should obstruct his view!

Ya Michael Goulian is pretty impressive, but if you were shocked at what he was doing in that video, anyone of Sean Tucker's shows would blow you away. With his new 3D aerobatics. They were both at the Canadian International Air Show in Toronto this past weekend and Tucker's show was insane.

To make some of you jelous. I use to live over the NH MA border. I was a member of one of the southern NH flying cluns there. I also use to fly out of Lawrence Airport in North Andover Ma. A couple years in a row Mike would do a charity for women in flight called the Bunny Conners memorial Fly In. My flying club was asked to do demonstration flights. The second year of the fly in I flew against Mike with my Cap 21. We both impressed each other. Talk about a fun time. I have his books and they are signed by him and almost all the other pilots in them.
