The real reason for a crash is the difficulty of nubing together a regurgitative purwell and a supramitive wennelsprock.
causing the spiral decommutator to fail largely because of a lack of appreciation of the large quasi-piestic stresses in teh gremlin studs; the latter being specially designed to hold the roffit bars to the spamshaft. however, it waas has been discovered that wending could be prevented by a simple addition to the living sockets, almost perfect flight could then be assured.
This operating point is maintained as near as possible to the h.f.rem peak by constantly fromaging the btumogenous spandrels. This is a distinct advance on the standard nivel-sheave, in that no dramcock oil is required after the phase detractors have been remissed.

In laymen terms.................sorry to say...............it boils down to either the turbo-encabulator going bad, or pilot error!

If its not an act of God then why do we pray every time our planes take to the sky?

i am not quite sure what all this dumb thumbs fault is about. personally, out of 4 years and 4 crashes, only one has been my fault. my 1st crash was at the infamous basin where i got a radio hit, (everything worked fine afterward. crystal was in when i found the wreckage and battery was charged and plugged in) the 2nd time was one of the best recoveries i could do with about 0 airspeed and 5 feet off the ground with a deadstick, (not good) the 3rd time was when the wing peeled back on my cap 232 (just a simple spin folks) and the 4th was a mid-air, just a couple of weeks ago.

This sucks. You need to add "Pilot Error" to your poll, and/or "Just plain stupidity".

How about this:

You said out loud in ear shot of the plane "Just one more flight" The plane heard you and allowed "just one more flight" before resembling a lawn dart.

that's definately a fatal mistake... what you're supposed to say is "just 2 more flights" ... then after 1 you pack up and go home.

I tried that . It appears my 4* has a memory [:@]on the on the second flight (first flight next day) The gear removed itself from the fuse on a not really hard bounce landing. Thankfully, that was all it did.

You forgot old glue joints. I have had a plane for 20 years. It died today. 9/23/04. Had 8 flights today and on the last one I had landed ALREADY and was too close to the side of the strip with tall grass and the wing hit the grass and ripped off the wings and in the process broke apart most of the glue joints in the body. Bulkheads flewout every where. Death of a good plane.
