Goodbye Patty - RIP
My GP Patty Wagstaff Extra is no more after a mid-air collision; see before and after photos. I was flying about 175 yards in front of the pilots' stations at about 300' when it happened. Both planes crashed; the other was one of those cloroplast type planes with a cardboard wing and a stick aluminum fuse. That's flying....at least no one was hurt! Thankfully there was no damage to the engine or radio gear. Now I have reason to get another plane!

RE: Goodbye Patty - RIP
SO did you land it that way!
That is why I usually stay away from the other guy by flying high and wide.
I had a mid-air with my Patty but only lost about 6 inches of the wing.
