I agree with ger87410! This is just like golf!!! For instance when I was watching the pros play a few years ago spectators stand as close as 5 feet off the tee box and are in full line of fire if there is an wayward shot that could potentially kill a person. The player is not liable for any of this because the spectator takes full risk when being so close to the action. The other extreme could be like having the planes flying too far away, but granted it is all in our best interest to not trust anything manmade ESPECIALLY something controlled by radio waves from the ground.
