Default On a roll

Hey everyone, I have been flying for 6 years, lately I have been on a roll crashing planes. 5 out of my last 6 flights ended in crashes resulting in 5 wrecked aircraft. A couple of them were maiden flights. I am oviously the blame for these wrecks. I keep making mistakes. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so how do you get past it? It is really effecting my confidence. I have other planes that I want to fly but I am afraid to.

You fly at a club? If not, find a peanut gallery to keep you flying straight.

Insanemoondoggie, unfotunatley there were two different radios involved, along with 3 different flight packs.

meaden, I do fly at a club. I am thinking about pulling the trainer back out.

i had this problem to man...
i had my uproar for 0 years. then it crashed. and then i got a tribute 36. and i crashed it 3rd flight. so i got a u can do 3d and a segaull modells harrier 40.
crashed both on the same day!!! then i got another tribute 36 and have yet to crash sence.. i hope i never go threw that agian...
the u can do was not my fault.. the horizontal stab broke in flight. i landed it but i have yet to fly it agian. its all fixed but .. idk just dont want to fly it.
tribute #1 went down cause i was shot down. and the harrier went down cause i pulled back instead of pushing foward...
youll get past it. just dont think about it. just go out and just fly... get one good flight in...

Well thats one reason I keep my trainer ready. More than once I`ve went back to it . Drag your trainer back out and pound on it for a while. Works wonders for me.

....go back to basics....don't take anything for granted. Pre-flight the planes
and make sure the trims are set at nuetral. Keep the throws at a small/reasonable
angle, so the plane isn't un-controllable. Have a friend beside you on take-off
to help with the trims. Use low rates. Don'y fly new planes when it is windy.

Get a safe and sane plane, and do touch and go....and full stop landings and take off's
until hell freezes over....

....stick with it, and keep your concentration. You will succeed. [sm=thumbup.gif]

i know the solution to your problem m8

and i hate to tell you that you will crash once more

There is a myth that goes at our club that all pilots crash in 3's, and it seems that you have had two sets of three's lol

We've all felt this myth and it is not funny when it's on you

we had a camping night at the club and collectivly crashed six between us.

i would reccomend you fly the biggest load of junk you can lay your hands on for the next week or so .. play it safe until the curse has lifted.

good luck

Henley !
