I first read that as "Down" it went, andthought you were flying awfully close to a populated area. Then I looked again, it said "Towards town."
Still looks odd, flew to town and then went into a vertical dive?
As you said, thankfully no one was hurt.
Paid for the truck? Pocket? Homeowner's? AMA?
Curious.

No reason for your homeowners to pay if AMA will. That's what they are there for.

Wow! What a crash. I like Sticks and Chevy's too. Too bad to see them both destroyed. Thanks for sharing. I have a pic in the camera of a friends trainer that he pile drove. I wish I would have taken it right at the crash site, rather than when we got back to the pits. I'll share his pain when I download my pics.

It was a recently widowed lady. She was upset, partly because it was her late husbands truck and partly because she just decided to sell it. At least she wasn't home at the time and was contacted later.
The County and State Police were a few houses down when it happened for a separate issue. The State Trooper walked over shaking his head saying, "Twenty-five years of service and I've never seen this".
