Default Looking for advice on a camera with high FPS for good slow-mo

I am interested in getting people's opinions on what camera I should get.

I want to be able to make videos of RC Rally cars in slow motion so am thinking I want the highest FPS going whilst retaining decent picture quality.

Maximum budget would be £500 but would prefer to keep it to nearer £200-250. If I went for the full £500 I would probably want to get a DSLR with movie capabilities but for £250 or less I could maybe get a dedicated camcorder.

Any thoughts of advice most welcome.
