sony MVC-CD500
Bought a sony cd mavica 500 and have a problem .I am useing SONY cd-r 200mb CD. Can you erase these . Trying to delete on the camera but tells me not enough disc space . How do you delete pictures? I have done everything the book say's but won't let me delete. Keeps telling me not enough disc space .HEEEEEELLLLLLLLP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi jittersup,
I believe your problem is that a CD-R is for write only you need to use a CD-RW.
Once you have put info on a CD-R it become a permanent file that's probably
why you're getting message not enough disk space.
It should work the same as the CD-RW Drive in you're computer.
Doesn't the manual tell you anything about what type of CD to use?
If this doesn't help maybe someone will see this, and can give more help.

Thanks RCFLYER ,bought this camera used & did not come with manual . But I did down load late last night and ,yes you are correct. Need a cd-r/rw .THANKS for your help though

BE careful with those RW cds. They're almost like the VHS tapes. If you have something on it that you want to keep, you could accidentely erase something..
