Default Advice on digital camera and controller

Hello I hope somebody can help me. I need to find a digital camera somewhere around 3-6 mp that has a video out and can be hooked up to a receiver to controll zoom and shoot functions any sugestions also looking for digital camera controllers size and weight are not much of a problem.
