I'm looking for a device to do video recording onboard my plane(s), so weight is an issue for me.

I use VEGASfor editing my videos and uploading to YouTube - if that matters. Ialso have access to iMovie on my Mac.

What hardware do you have for a camera and what would you recommend? (consider price not to be a factor).

I just picked up one of these. Haven't used it yet, but it is an HD version of the one I currently use and it works very well
