Interesting device...I'd like to learn more about its electronics.
This looks essentially like a Bladerunner, or any similar heli with counter-rotating main rotors, with roll control thanks to the horizontally displaced main rotors. This particular model is very light (only 280 grams, about .6 pounds), so I'd be curious to know how it handles outdoors.
One question I had when reading the translated German page, and confirmed on the English page, is that they say "all rotors contribute lift." What percent thrust is that tail rotor generating in hover? Or backward flight, where I'd think it would be negative?

Oh yes, I have seen that before but forgot all about it. Thanks for posting that link Hammer. I actually saw video of it flying indoors too.

Well, look what I found. I had seen this site a while back too but didn't remember this tricopter being on it. Here is some video of it flying around outside! Scroll to the bottom of the page to see the video. Another video may autoload and play in an embedded player midway down the page when you access the page but it's cool too. At first I couldn't figure out where it was coming from or how to turn it off but that's where that music comes from.
