Default Potential video camera

Greetings,

I know this was mentioned on one of the forums I hang around, but I don't remember which one, so it might be old news. Anyway, I just saw a link on another forum to a small video camera that stores info to SD card. I have no idea how much it weighs, but I will when UPS gets here

Cheers,
Rusty

BB_DF got one of those cameras and talked about it in [link=http://www.rcuniverse.com/forum/fb.asp?m=5933225]this[/link] thread. The video quality isn't that great.

Here's a quick link to some video I shot this afternoon. The camera is just hanging by some Velcro and one rubber band, and I'm probably lucky it didn't fall on my head. I'm actually fairly happy with the video for a cheap camera, but I'm easy to please :-)

This is about the biggest untruth I've seen posted in the forums in weeks. You are just like me, never satisfied. I expect you will be showing HD 1080p video with gyro stabilization and GPS position overlay by the end of the year! [X(]

(you really should try one of the Panasonic DMC-FX07 cameras. The stills and video quality from that little camera is amazing.)

I'll look into that Mike. I have some wireless gear, but just hate having to set it all up. It's much more convenient to just let the camera record, and see what you get. I did notice that Rangevideo just listed an OSD device, but I'll probably hold out for the Eagle Tree unit.
