adding a cell to a lipo pack
i need to add a cell to my 7.4v lipo pack. i know the cells should be matched and each cell should be just as charged as the others in the pack so do i peak discharge the packs and join them or do i peak charge them and join them or does it matter? is there anything i need to know?
