I am in the process (took a break to type this out) of wiring up an E-flite cessna 182 370 that my wife got me for x-mas. I have the stock inrunner 370 w/ gear box connected to an e-flite 20 amp brushless esc, hooked up to a JR Sport 4 channel system with a RS6UL receiver. When I fire it up to center the trims on the servos, they work fine. But when I push the throttle forward, the motor twitches and makes like a beeping noise (esc?). I tried swapping the motor/esc connections around like it said to try if it runs backwards, but that hasnt helped. I also tried other Lipo's thinking maybe a low charge was to blame.
I cant figure it out. What am I missing??
I am going to press forward with the installation and check back in a few. Please help - I'd like to have it working for the weekend

I tried that and nothing - I also went through and programmed the ESC - still nothing. <shrug> I guess I'll break out the meter and check that the esc is sending a signal to the motor.

Problem solved.... lets call it - my bad. I double checked all the solder joints where I lengthened the motor wires - the solder hadn't wicked into some of the leads. So I reheated them all until I saw it penetrate and now all is well.
