I've heard nothing but great things about all the Hextronicks packs. A 20C 2200ma 3 cell lipo for $32 is an outstanding price and other sizes can also be had cheap on United Hobbies website. Check them out for $15 dual conversion RCx, cheap servos, etc as well. I know people that have over-amped the above pack and the battery never complained. Yesterday a friend was flying a Zagi with a Thunder Power pack. It was faster...like 100 to 110 mph or so. He then switched over to a friend's Hextronicks pack and the thing got even faster. He remarked about it why flying. I think both packs were of the same above pack specks but don't know much more. Maybe the Thunder Power was older or something. The TP packs are slightly smaller/lighter but then again they cost about three times the price.

They are good packs and will hold up. As a matter of fact I have a order on the way from UH right now.
Theres alot of guys using them these days it seems. If I'm not wrong I believe rvincent(the little screamers motor guy) uses these lipos alot.
And theres alot of good things said about them.

Hi there,

I have used their 1700mAh packs for a little while, and in my humble opinion:

Pros:
Price --------------------- No argument, they are cheap

Cons:
Weight ------------------ They are very HEAVY...
Performance ----------- It seems as they cannot deliver the stated rating, never see that discrepancy with for example Thunder Power
Support/Service ------- Took me 3.5 months and numerous communications to get a problem fixed

Unanswered:
Life time expectancy -- Future will tell

Well, I guess you get what you pay for... as always...
For me the choice is clear - I will not buy any more from them, I prefer to support the local shops

Just a thought

I have a couple of 3S 1300 and a couple of the 3S 2200. they work great. I only have about 10 charges or so on each but so far they are great. and a price you cant beat.
