Default STModelRC LiPos?

I bought a 3s1p lipo pack at on sale at an airshow last year. I don't know much about it other than it's an 11.1v pack rated at 1100mAh, and it's made by a company called STModel. Are these packs any good? The pack is quite small and thin, about half the size of the thickness of the 3s pack that came with my Blade CP Pro. I included a picture of the pack with a quarter for scale. Dimensions are 65mm x 36mm x 13mm. What C rating would this be?

Ideally, I'd like to use this in a couple GWS foamies I picked up. One being the Zero with a 350 motor and the other the twin 150 motor ducted fan B2. I'd like to know if this is ok. I haven't used lipos much. This pack seems to get warm when I run it for short periods (10-20 seconds). Not hot, just warm. Is this something I should be worried about?
